I gained relevant experience at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner focusing on Transformational Change and Human Capital, and also as a Human Resources executive in global companies such as PwC, DIAGEO, Royal Dutch/Shell and Oracle Inc.

I have a Masters in International Economics from Maastricht University and a Bachelor In Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. I regularly lecture at Marshall University and am a keynote speaker at the London Speakers Bureau.

I have lived in U.S., Great Britain, Benelux and Germany and speak fluent German, English and Dutch, as well as French and Spanish. My international experience has led me to consulting projects in a wide variety of countries in Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle East.
